  Walked it ,did oh 3 or so miles ... do take a walking stick for random spider webs and HAVE TICK SPRAY ... we touched not 1 random blade of grass and ticks were all over us ... there are snakes down by the water but it was a cool walk through woods .

  This is a great location for escaping the stress of your daily life! Enjoy the sounds of geese, frogs, song birds and more...for free! The outer path around the entire peninsula is roughly 3.3 miles.
