  I don't typically write to many reviews but felt I needed to write this one. While they did a really great job repairing our vehicle, the communication was horrible. We were told it would take 6 days to repair our car. After no word on what the status of our car as it was close to the 6 day mark, WE called them to see what was going on and we were then told that they didn't even get started on our car until that Friday after we dropped off on Monday. Never communicated to us. So after a week I called to follow up and the lady mentioned it was ready and being cleaned but our car wouldn't hold a charge. They messed around with it to see what was going on, my husband went and bought a new battery - didn't work. They said they would send to Nissan dealer. After nearly a week and a half of not hearing from anyone, I finally called Nissan dealer. Said they had called auto body shop with diagnosis but hadn't heard back from them. Nissan was also not very forthcoming in telling us what was wrong with our car. Said they would call me back with diagnosis and never did. Also mentioned quite a few of our fuses were now in the wrong place. Called auto body shop and talked to a guy there to see what was going on...he gave me very little info and said he would call back. Never heard back from him. I had to get our insurance company involved to get some answers! After nearly a month, we got our car back! While they did do a great job on the body work...stay on top of it and follow up yourself. Super frustrating ordeal which would have been a lot better had they simply communicated and been upfront.
