  Not please with how long it takes to get service performed. 4 days to get an estimate and then 7 days to get parts and I don't even know how long after they get the parts before they will perform the repairs.
  UPDATE: Not long after posting this review, the parts arrived and the service department had my lawn tractor repaired and ready to go within a couple of hours (replaced the head) and I was able to get my jungle of a yard mowed. My lawn tractor purrs like a kitten and munches grass like the king of the jungle now. My recommendation for 5 star service is to find out where the parts are and let the customer know, don't just say it might take 7 business days for the parts to get in. Will I continue to do business with Salisbury Power Equipment? Yes, because Andrew, the service manager, wanted to understand why I was displeased and how he can improve the service in the future.
