  I went to this practice for five years. When asking for help about stress and anxiety, I was told to tell myself "I am not going to be stressed." My files were mixed up with another patients on another situation. Then I started getting sick from my medicine. When I tried getting their assistance, the office never returned my calls. When I became unable to function, my husband went to the office and the staff was very rude and indignant that they were expected to handle the situation. Then after being given simple instructions to fax a form to my insurance, they only faxed a hand written note. That's when I left. Found out from three separate doctors that the medicine I was prescribed should never have been prescribed to someone with my disorder, and the symptoms i had were side effects from the drug. Once I was put on the correct drug, the symptoms stopped within a week. SPA stole 5 years of my life, that could have been better lived if I wasn't so sick and being told that it was normal.
