  This complaint is not about Sprint, but about this particular store. Honestly, if you need help from competent employees, go to a different store. We were in this store for over 6 hours trying to sign up for a new plan. We were handed off to an employee who constantly gave us inaccurate info, signed us up as a business account (we wanted an individual and told her this), and then took an hour to fix this, the whole time complaining how long it was taking her, and never once saying sorry. Employees in the store who knew what they were doing were not helping her, she even complained that she couldn't believe the manager would go to lunch while she was doing this on her own. They kept telling us the phones would be done in and hour, and they never were. After hours and hours in the store, the employee blamed us for our brand new phones not working and told us we would have to figure it out by ourselves. I will never go to this store to get help again.
